IPL cable
IPL cable is a fixed heating cable that can be used to prevent or maintain temperature trends in pipes and receptacles
The advantage of IPL cable is that it can be cut at any point and can replace insulated mineral cables (MIs) for applications that are preferred over longitudinal cut-outs or structural cable kilns
IPL thermal cable is approved for use in non-hazardous environments. Due to its specific structure in hot areas, additional cold wire is required. From the cut-point to the wire, the next heating wire connects the cable end of the cable, the cold remains as the cold wire

IPL cable features
The temperature is up to 200 ° C
You can cut the cable as much as you can and do not crash
It has a wide range of terminals, controllers and accessories
Existing up to W/M50
Suitable for V AC277-220 (V AC120- 110 according to its own specifications)
Installation of IPL thermal cable is fast and simple and does not require any special skills or tools. End components, splinters and power connectors are provided in a suitable kit
Accessories
A wide range of accessories are available for self-heating tapes, such as terminals, hinges, connection boxes and thermostats, In most cases, it is permitted to be used where it is needed for use in hazardous areas

Maximum pipe temperature / working temperature
The surface of the heater should not exceed the maximum thermal resistance of its material or more than the classification of the temperature (if installed in a hazardous area) This problem is guaranteed by limiting the pipe or working temperature to a safe level calculated by the designer (a fixed design) or controlled by the temperature controL
For worst case conditions, the temperature of steel pipes should be limited to the following levels
