IPS cable
IPS cable is a fixed heating cable that can be used to protect or maintain the process temperature in tubes and receptacles. The advantage of the IPS cable is that it can be cut at any point in accordance with the required length and use. You can use it for no lengthy calculations
IPS thermal cable is approved for use in hazardous, hazardous and corrosive environments for global standards
Due to its specific structure, additional cold currents are required. From the cut-off point to the connecting wire, the next heating wire, the cable connection point, the heat cable, the cold and remain cold can not be too hot or burnt, even when they are together.Outputs its power in response to the temperature of the tube

Features of IPS cable
Temperature up to 425 degrees Celsius
You can disconnect the cable as much as you need and do not drop it
A wide range of trunks, controllers and accessories
Output up to W / M150
Suitable for V AC220- 277 (V AC110-120 according to its own specifications)
Self-regulating IPS thermal insulation improves safety and reliability
Installing the IPS thermal cable is quick and easy, and does not require any special skills or tools. End components, splinters and power connectors are provided in a suitable kit
Accessories
A wide range of accessories for self-heating tapes, such as terminals, connectors, connection boxes and thermostats. In most cases, it is permitted to be used where it is needed for use in hazardous areas

Maximum pipe temperature / working temperature
he surface of the heater must not exceed the maximum withstand temperature of its constructional materials or the Temperature Classification (if installed in a hazardous area)
This is ensured by limiting the pipe or workpiece temperature to a safe level either by design calculation (a Stabilised Design) or by means of temperature controls
For worst case conditions the temperature of steel pipes should be limited to the following levels
